Wang Minghua is the Vice Secrectary of CPC JUFE International College Committee. He originates from Jinxian County, Jiangxi Province. Wang Minghua finished undergraduate studies in 1999. In 2000, he began to serve in the Armed Police Jiujiang Detachment. In 2007, Wang Minghua graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree in Business Administration.

Since joining Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in January 2007, Wang has held various positions including counselor, Vice Secretary, and Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Interantional College. He was the head teacher for the 2006 International Accounting Class 2, 2007 International Business Class 3, and 2008 International Finance Class 2. He has received multiple honors and awards such as "Advanced Worker", "Advanced Individual in Ideological and Political Work", "Excellent Workers’ Union Cadre" in 2009, the 2nd "Top Ten Excellent Head Teachers" in 2010. He has also been named "Excellent Head Teacher" by JUFE for five consecutive years and received the honor of "Advanced Head Teacher in " twice.

The Youth League Committees he instructed had been awarded the titles of "National May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Branch" in 2008, "May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committee" of Jiangxi Province in 2011, the JUFE’s "May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committee", and "Quality Development Youth League Committee", among other honors. The student unions under his guidance had been recognized as "Excellent Student Sub-associations" by JUFE for two consecutive years; the classes he instructed, 2007 International Business Class 3 and 2006 International Accounting Class 2, have been named outstanding class collectives in Jiangxi Province, with their regular employment rates ranking among the top five in JUFE.
