Xing Xiaoming is the Secretary of CPC JUFE International College Committee .Born in 1978, Xing Xiaoming holds a Ph.D. in Management and serves as a master student supervisor. His past roles include Director of the University Student Career Development Promotion Center at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Deputy Dean of the Industrial Economics Research Institute, Assistant Director of the Higher Education Division at the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education (on secondment), Head of the Department of Business Administration at the School of Business Administration of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, and Director of the Research Office of the CPC and School Affairs at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He has also acted as a visiting scholar at North Carolina State University in the United States.

He has published two academic monographs and more than ten papers in authoritative journals such as China Industrial Economics and Economic Management. He has participated in one major national academic project, four academic projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the National Social Science Fund. He has received one second prize and one third prize for Excellent Achievements in Social Sciences from Jiangxi Province. He has provided decision-making consulting services for the Jiangxi Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Communications Administration, the Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department, the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Nanchang City Government.
