​Lv Xiaomei is the Dean of the Interantional College of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial Economics from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 2004. In 2005, she went to the University of South Australia as a visiting scholar. She is a member of the Cost Branch of the National Accounting Society, a special auditor of Jiangxi Province, a member of the Jiangxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Director of the Economic Work Committee of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party Jiangxi Provincial Committee, and the Chairperson of the Agricultural and Industrial Committee of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.

Lv Xiaomei has taught a total of 11 courses, including 6 bilingual courses for ACCA, International Accounting and International Investment and Finance majors. Lv Xiaomei has completed 5 research projects in total, including national-level social science projects, provincial and ministerial level provincial, and cross-sectional projects serving commercial enterprises. Lv Xiaomei has authored 1 monograph, edited 4 textbooks, and won 6 awards for national and provincial/ministerial level teaching research achievements.

She served as the Deputy Director of the Accounting Computerization Center of the School of Accounting, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, and Director of the Teacher Teaching Development Center.
