Course Description:

Management accounting provides an essential input into any management decision made within an organization. Specifically, management accounting serves the purpose of identifying, measuring, and communicating financial and non-financial information to permit management and employees in an organization to make decisions. On one hand, this course is designed to help students to recall and use knowledge studied in the previous financial accounting courses. On the other hand, this course will provide students with a in-depth understanding of the role of management accounting information in the support of key strategic management issues and decision making.
