This course is a continuation of Advanced Financial Accounting I. Topics covered include accounting for foreign currency transactions, derivatives, translating foreign currency financial statements, accounting for leases, segment reporting and partnerships. On completion of this subject, students should be more skillful at preparing, reading, understanding, interpreting and using financial statements based on GAAP and IFRS.
